StoryCrew (스토리크루, the "Company") maintains this Privacy Policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect users' personal information and to handle related concerns promptly.
Summary — This website has no sign-up, and uses no cookies, ads or visitor analytics. The only time the Company receives personal information is when you email us yourself.
1. Personal information we process, and why

Simply browsing this website does not cause the Company to collect personal information. However, Cloudflare, which hosts the website, may process your IP address and browser information to provide the service and keep it secure (for example, to block attacks). The Company does not separately store or analyze this information.
2. Retention and destruction
- Inquiry records: kept for 1 year after we reply, then destroyed. However, records of consumer complaints and disputes about paid services are kept for 3 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- Method of destruction: electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered. We do not create paper records.
